Product photographs are representative. Because each batch is roasted by hand, colour and coarseness vary slightly between batches — that variation is a property of the product, not a defect.
We may cancel an order and refund it in full if an item turns out to be unavailable, if the delivery address is unserviceable, or if we suspect fraudulent use of a payment method.
