Returns and replacements

Because our podulu are food products made in small batches and sealed by hand, we cannot accept a return simply because you changed your mind. We will replace or refund any order that arrives damaged, leaking, incorrect or short. Tell us within 48 hours of delivery — you can raise the request from your order page — and include a photograph where possible. Approved replacements are dispatched with the next batch. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within five to seven working days.
