Privacy policy

We collect only what we need to sell you a jar of podi and get it to your door: your name, email address, phone number and delivery address, plus a record of what you ordered. We do not see or store your card details. Payments are handled entirely by Razorpay, who are PCI-DSS compliant; we receive only a payment reference and whether it succeeded. We use your email address to send order confirmations and delivery updates. Marketing email and WhatsApp messages are optional and can be turned off at any time from your profile page — order-related messages are not marketing and will continue. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone. We share it only with the courier delivering your parcel and the payment gateway processing your payment. To have your data corrected or deleted, write to us using the address on our contact page.
