Refund policy

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Once we initiate a refund, your bank typically takes five to seven working days to post the credit; the timing after that point is outside our control. If a payment failed but money left your account, no order was created and no charge was captured. Your bank reverses that amount automatically, usually within five to seven working days. Cancelled orders that were already paid for are refunded in full, including any delivery charge.
